These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the luck77 online gaming platform by all registered account holders. These Terms apply to all Accounts registered on luck77, all wagers placed through the Platform, all deposits and withdrawals processed in connection with luck77 accounts, and all interactions with luck77 customer support. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules and any promotional terms communicated separately.
2.1 To register and use a luck77 account, the Player must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active.
2.2 The Player must be a natural human person. Corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, and software agents may not register accounts on luck77.
2.3 luck77 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by luck77 will result in account suspension.
2.4 The Player is solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. luck77 does not provide legal advice. Players in Pakistan are responsible for understanding local laws applicable to online gaming before participating.
2.5 luck77 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or void winnings where a Player is found to be ineligible under any provision of this section.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one registered account on luck77. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. luck77 will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the Player upon discovery.
3.2 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update their account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their luck77 login credentials. luck77 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure. Players should enable two-factor authentication and must notify luck77 support immediately if they suspect unauthorised account access.
3.4 Non-Transferability. luck77 accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other person under any circumstances.
3.5 Account Closure. luck77 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if the account is found to be in violation of these Terms or if luck77 determines that keeping the account open poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
4.1 Currency. All deposits to and withdrawals from luck77 accounts are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luck77 does not apply currency conversion charges.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. luck77 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels:
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on luck77 is Rs 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees) per transaction. Minimum amounts are subject to change and will be communicated on the deposit page within a Player's account.
4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to a Player's luck77 account in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to be reflected, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
4.5 Own Funds. Players may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to them. luck77 will not knowingly accept deposits made using payment methods or funds belonging to a third party. Any such deposits identified by luck77 may be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. A Player may request withdrawal of Real Money Balance (the balance derived from deposits and winnings, excluding Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to identity verification requirements being met and no active investigations affecting the account.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees) per transaction.
5.3 Processing Time. luck77 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are targeted for same-business-day processing. Processing times are targets and not guarantees; delays due to payment provider systems are outside luck77's control.
5.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by luck77's verification team. This measure is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect Players from account misuse.
5.5 Verification Requirements. luck77 may request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a copy of the Player's CNIC, a screenshot of the registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or bank account confirmation. Failure to provide required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
5.6 Withdrawal Limits. luck77 applies daily and weekly withdrawal limits that are communicated in the Player's account withdrawal section. These limits may be adjusted based on account verification level and gaming history.
6.1 Accepted Wagers. All bets placed on luck77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or event category. Game-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, tennis betting, and other categories are published within each respective section of the luck77 platform and form part of this Agreement.
6.2 Bet Confirmation. A wager is not considered accepted until the Player receives a bet confirmation reference number from luck77. An incomplete transaction due to connectivity failure or system error does not constitute a valid bet. luck77 accepts no liability for bets that were not fully confirmed due to technical issues on the Player's device or network.
6.3 Odds and Market Changes. Odds on luck77 are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the final odds applicable to that wager, regardless of subsequent changes in the market.
6.4 Cancellation of Events. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the relevant game rules, luck77 reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes to Players. Specific rules governing void events are set out in the applicable game category rules.
6.5 Errors and Manifest Mistakes. In the event that an odds error or manifest pricing mistake occurs, luck77 reserves the right to void any affected bets, regardless of whether the wager has already been settled. Players will be notified of any voided bets and stakes will be returned to their account balance.
6.6 PSL and Cricket Markets. luck77 offers comprehensive Pakistan Super League (PSL) betting markets including match winner, player of the match, highest scorer, and live in-play markets. All PSL and international cricket bets are subject to the luck77 Cricket Betting Rules available in the cricket section of the platform.
7.1 Bonus Offers. luck77 may from time to time offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. The specific terms of each offer — including eligibility, bonus amount, wagering requirements, expiry, and qualifying game restrictions — will be communicated at the time the offer is presented and form a binding part of this Agreement when accepted by the Player.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus wagering must be completed within the validity period of the offer.
7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer's terms. Depositing during an active bonus may affect the bonus validity — Players should review offer terms carefully before depositing.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. luck77 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold related winnings, and restrict account access where a Player is found to have abused any bonus offer. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk, matched bets during a bonus period to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; and exploiting pricing or system errors in conjunction with bonus funds.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted through luck77 account settings take effect immediately. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luck77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
9.1 luck77 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the relevant account and associated funds may be frozen. luck77 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving illegal activity.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the luck77 platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any luck77 content.
10.3 Unauthorised use of luck77 intellectual property, including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game content, or commercial exploitation of the luck77 brand, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
11.1 luck77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While luck77 takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and game integrity, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical defects at all times.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from any interruption to platform access, technical failure, or force majeure event.
11.3 luck77's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any direct loss proven to result from luck77's direct negligence shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant incident.
11.4 Nothing in this clause limits luck77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 Amendments. luck77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via their registered email address or via a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the luck77 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12.2 Governing Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
